I spent all Saturday with Steve Prue. We shot out in the desert which I was really excited about until we got there and realized how windy it was. We made great things happen even though. Then we shot downtown for New York Couture. I will be posting more of these photo in my gallery. I had a great time shooting with Steve. I had been wanting to shoot with him for a long time. He is shooting me again in New York later in the year.

I shot a series of classic cheesecake pinup photos with Mark Hollinger to be used for labels on wine bottles. They will be featuring 4 well known pinup models including myself. Stay tuned for the full details. The three other models and myself will be doing a bottle signing at Lavo nightclub here in Las Vegas sometime in july.

I spent all day with Lesley Slenning shooting. We shot some really sexy stuff. I cant wait for the full photo set to go up on zivity.com Its gonna be good!

I have alot of stuff going on right now but I'm gonna try to be a good girl and update my journal as often as possible.

Rainy day blues and carb withdrawls!

Ive been having a hard time smiling all day. usually the rain makes me happy. thoughts of water on the windows make me feel like im trapped inside with no way out which sounds like a bad thing but it just forces me to wrap up in blankets and watch movies I havent seen in a long time. rainy movie days are the best.
I think im going through carb withdrawls! I know this sounds redic. but seriously! I havent been eatting carbs for a few days due to me trying to look like I have a six pack for a set for zivity.com im shooting this week. I have two more days of my no carb life and all I can do is think of carbs. everything I want to eat is carbs. its rediculous!! I have a list of about 10 things that i am going to eat right after my shoot! haha
I didnt realize it would be so hard. I feel bad for fat people! Ive never really had to worry about it and i really dont now but I wanted to see what if any difference it would make to lay off them for a few days. The shoots gonna be super cute and worth the sadness im experienceing now.
that brings me to the question I have!
is food connected to your emotions?? can it really effect your mood, what you eat or dont eat?? I mean I know if I ate fast food for a week Id feel miserable but what about less extreme situations like just eliminating a little bit of carbs?

Imagine Whirled Peace?

Ice Cream to Try for Peace

Ben & Jerry's has announced a new flavor that it hopes will spread the message of peace. "Imagine Whirled Peace" is a caramel and sweet cream whirl of chocolate-covered peace signs and toffee pieces.

According to Ben & Jerry's website:
When Ben & Jerry's wanted to talk about peace, we couldn't think of a better person to exemplify the message than John Lennon. Through his art and lyrics he imagined a world without war and asked us all to "Give Peace a Chance". We hope this whirly mixture of toffee cookies and fudge peace signs enlightens your bellies and souls and makes you ask what you can do to promote peace in your lives.

Ben & Jerry's also awarded one of their two nation-wide winners in its "Peace Pioneer" contest at its Times Square Scoop Shop in New York City. The winner, Aaron Voldman is the Executive Director of the Student Peace Alliance (SPA).

The ceremony was part of Ben & Jerry's joint effort with The Lennon Estate and Peace One Day, a nonprofit global peace organization, to encourage people to work for peace every day. The event yesterday highlighted Ben & Jerry's John Lennon-inspired Imagine Whirled Peace ice cream and included a modern-day "Peace Bed-In" marking the 39th anniversary of the day John Lennon and Yoko Ono hosted their legendary event in Montreal, Canada.

This weekend was a crazy one! We had birthday celebrations for one of my honeys' best friends. We took him to playboy club. I drank which was a bad idea. I was trying to be fairly good all weekend due to me having a photo shoot today that ended up being postponed. I went to tarnished @ brass lounge last night! good time exept I got pizza sauce all over my shirt! boo! good music though!
